Acceptable Use Policy

1. Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the rules and guidelines for using AppetiPix ("we", "our", or "us") and all related services, tools, and APIs (the "Services"). This AUP is an integral part of our Terms of Service and applies to all users.

By using our Services, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without notice or refund.

2. Prohibited Content Generation

You may not use AppetiPix to generate, create, upload, share, or distribute any of the following types of content:

A. Sexually Explicit & NSFW Content

• Sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, or pornographic content of any kind, including AI-generated imagery
• Nude or semi-nude depictions of real or fictional individuals
• Content that sexualizes minors in any way (this is a zero-tolerance policy and will be reported to law enforcement)

B. Deepfakes & Face Manipulation

• Deepfake content — any AI-generated media that places a real person's likeness into fabricated scenarios
• Face-swap or face-manipulation tools or outputs
• Non-consensual intimate imagery of real individuals

C. Violence & Harmful Content

• Content that depicts, promotes, or glorifies graphic violence, gore, or torture
• Content that promotes self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders
• Content that promotes terrorism, extremism, or radicalization

D. Hate Speech & Discrimination

• Content that attacks, demeans, or incites hatred against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or age
• Symbols, imagery, or rhetoric associated with hate groups

E. Illegal Activities

• Content that facilitates, promotes, or depicts illegal activities
• Content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others (copyright, trademark, trade secrets)
• Fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive content designed to scam or deceive

F. Harassment & Abuse

• Content created to harass, bully, intimidate, or stalk any individual
• Non-consensual sharing of private or personal information (doxxing)
• Content designed to impersonate others without their consent

3. Prohibited Uses of the Services

In addition to content restrictions, you may not:

• Attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent any content moderation, safety filters, or security measures implemented within the Services
• Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to mass-generate content in violation of this AUP
• Create multiple accounts to evade enforcement actions or exploit free-tier credits
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Services without our written consent
• Use the Services for any purpose that violates applicable local, state, national, or international laws or regulations
• Use the Services to generate content for unsolicited commercial communications (spam)

4. Content Moderation

AppetiPix employs automated content moderation systems to detect and prevent the generation of prohibited content. You acknowledge and agree that:

• All prompts and generated outputs may be subject to automated review
• We reserve the right to block, filter, or remove any content that violates this AUP
• We may review flagged content manually to determine policy compliance
• Repeated or severe violations will result in immediate account termination

5. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behavior that you believe violates this AUP, please report it to us at support@appetipix.com. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

6. Enforcement

Violations of this AUP may result in one or more of the following actions, at our sole discretion:

• Warning notification
• Temporary suspension of account access
• Permanent termination of your account
• Deletion of violating content
• Forfeiture of remaining credits without refund
• Reporting to law enforcement where required by law

We reserve the right to determine, in our sole discretion, whether a use of the Services violates this AUP.

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
